Denver, Colo. (Nov 4, 2016) – Colorado injury attorney R. Mack Babcock, founder of the prestigious Babcock Law Firm, was recently appointed as the new Committee Chair for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Associations' Workers' Compensation Committee. He has also been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) for a three-year term.
The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), established in 1953, is the largest specialty bar association in Colorado with over 1,300 members across the state. As the new Chair for the CTLA's Workers' Compensation Committee, Babcock's role is to aid "workers' compensation litigators in working towards solutions to common problems." Babcock was also recently profiled in the CTLA's bi-monthly publication "Trial Talk®".
WILG is a national non-profit workers' compensation organization founded in 1995 to support the millions of workers and their families who are devastated by workplace injuries and illnesses each year.
"An attorney's involvement in these kinds of associations is one of the best indicators of their qualifications," said Babcock. "I'm deeply honored to have been appointed to leadership positions for CTLA and WILG, and I look forward to using my new positions to better serve these important organizations and people of Colorado."

"Stephanie has helped both my husband and I find ample compensation for work and car accidents. She is clear, efficient, and helpful, and obviously knows her job inside and out. Especially after stories weve heard of inefficient law firms, we wont use anyone else."
"I am very happy with how my case went. I went through the facts of the case once with Stephanie, signed a form here and there, and was able to focus on getting healthy again and moving forward with my life. I was worried there would be a lot of work and stress involved in this case for me personally. I was very grateful to everyone at Babcock because they knew that I would prefer they handle the bulk of everything and just contact me when it was really necessary. I had already been through a lot of stress with my employer and didn't want to relive that stress again in this case. They saved me a lot of headaches by being excellent advocates for me. In the end we were victorious based on two factors, we were on the right side of truth, and Babcock Law were excellent representatives for me."
"Working with Mack was a pleasure. From day one he spent the time (hours) to fully apprise me of numerous aspects of the case I was involved in, and explained how his extensive experience would facilitate success in its resolution. All timelines and costs were clearly explained, and when Mack settled my case successfully, the costs and timeline proved to be exactly what he had described in our initial meeting . I would readily seek out his service on any area he practices in in the future."
