Mack’s name was added to WILG’s exclusive, invitation-only list – a tribute to his successful legal career defending the rights of injured workers in Denver, Littleton and throughout the Centennial State.
According to their website, WILG is a “national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of work-related injuries or occupational illnesses and who need expert legal assistance to obtain medical care and other relief under workers’ compensation programs.”

Mack’s path to becoming a leading defender and advocate of workers’ rights in Colorado all started after he joined a mid-sized insurance defense firm that represented hundreds of injury claims for numerous major insurance companies, including State Farm, Hartford, Sentry Insurance and others. It was during this time that Mack saw first-hand how victims of accidents and work-related injury are treated by the system and wronged by the very insurers who are supposed to have their back during this tough time.
As a result, he vowed to never again represent a member of corporate America, instead choosing to start his own law firm in Littleton fighting for the rights of injured individuals in cases of personal injury, workplace injury and insurance dispute. And he’s been winning cases for individuals and workers all over Colorado ever since.
